Angel Roque

Angel Luis Roque Jr., lovingly known as “Suipy” or “Suip”, was born in Camden, NJ on August 5, 1976, to his mother, Jane Mendez and late father, Angel Luis Roque Sr. He leaves behind his loving 6 siblings, Jamie Balliram, Janice Medina, Latasha Roque, Roberto Mendez, Jessica Rios, and Angelica Mendez; and 13 nieces and nephews and two great-nieces, which he cherished and showed so much love towards and treated them as his very own. Angel also leaves behind his significant other, Janet Mendoza, who he has been so appreciative of for being there and helping him.

Angel was not just a name, but a reflection of the radiant soul that he was, filled to the brim with love and laughter that was truly inspiring. Each of us cherished Angel's loving nature, his gift of humor, and his unbending spirit. Angel was a beacon of creativity and talent. His passion for drawing was evident from a very young age. His sketches and doodles brought to life the reflection of his visionary mind, providing a glimpse into his unique perspective of the world around him. His beautiful creations were a testament to his talent and an extension of his endearing personality. Angel was also very talented with poetry and writing music. He embodied a sparked that continued igniting it with his humor, charm, and limitless creativity.

Angel LOVED his Roque and Medina family dearly, so let’s continue to share that love with one another.
