Nathan Howard White, Sr., was born on April 27th, 1959, to Mr. William & Phyllis White (her birthday gift) in West Jersey Hospital in Camden, NJ. Not long after that, his father enlisted in the United States Army. The military life allowed the family to travel all over the world. During his younger years, Nathan Sr. attended various schools in Fort Bragg NC, Germany, Vilseck, Fort Carson CO and Fort Knox KY. He attended Hatch Middle School and Woodrow Wilson High school where he played basketball, ran track and played in the band. He loved to sing and dance and was the life of the party.
He followed in his father’s footsteps and enlisted into the Army National Guard. During his time in service, he was deployed to Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Fort Gordon, Georgia.

After serving, he came home and worked various jobs throughout his life. His most beloved job was his most recent job (20+yrs) at Goodwill Medical Transportation. Here he helped people as a power transit driver where he was allowed to minister to many people and encourage them. He truly loved people until his illness.

Nathan Howard White, Sr. was medically retired. Nathan continued his love of singing and dancing, and he loved to go on vacations where he could take those long drives with his family. As we know, Nathan loved good food. That was one of his passions.

Besides loving the Lord with all his heart and soul, the joy of his life was his sons and his grandboys. They were his best friends.

in 1979, Nathan met the love of his life Kathleen Hoke-White who he was to later marry in 1990 and start a family. First came Nathan Jr and then Charles 3rd. He was blessed with two beautiful grandbabies, Nathan J'vaughn Jr. and Tyler Craig Josiah White whom he loved unconditionally. He was teaching them how to sing and about God.
